Q. How is the service free?
A. The best way to explain that our service is free, is to give the example as to when a buyer purchases a home, the seller pays the commission. The same rings true as the landlords and or apartment communities pay for our service. (No up front cost or hidden fees.)
Q. Do we get the same specials?
A. Yes, in fact in some cases, we can help you receive "locator specials" in which we pass along those savings to you. And in many cases get deposits waived as well.
Q. How long does the process take?
A. Generally when you come into the office, approximately twenty minutes to a couple of hours, providing you want to go look at properties the same day you come in. (Actually, the real answer to this one is as long as it takes to help you find your new place.)
Q. Why should I use this service, over, say other locating companies?
A. Because we make it fun and take the stress out of moving, have a huge data base, it's free; we offer discounts at local vendors, have many satisfied customers, very professional, many years of experience, full service real estate agents and most of us are cute.
